Which pattern fits your signs?
Twelve questions, one at a time. It weighs your answers against twelve patterns, then asks a short set of follow-ups chosen to separate the front-runners — and shows you what fits, and what doesn't quite.
This is an educational tool, not a diagnosis. It cannot examine you, and a result is a reading list, not a finding. If a symptom is new, severe, or worsening, see a clinician.
Keep this
Your report, as a PDF
Built from your own answers, on your own device: the four closest patterns, the arithmetic behind the ranking, the twelve answers and six follow-ups as you gave them, where your answers sit on the eight principles, the signs worth comparing, and the source for every quotation. Nothing is uploaded — the file is assembled in this browser.
Or have the link emailed
What arrives is the link to this result, which rebuilds the PDF on any device. We keep your address and which result you were looking at — nothing else: not sold, not passed on, and there is no list to unsubscribe from.
Link copied. It contains your answers — anyone with it can read them.
How it weighs answers
Each answer adds or subtracts a fixed amount for each pattern. Then six follow-up questions ask about specific signs — the ones that actually separate the patterns still in play. There is no model, no prediction, and no hidden weighting: the numbers are published in the methodology.
What it can't do
It cannot see your tongue or feel your pulse, and it knows only what you type. It is a way to narrow what to read next, not a way to find out what is wrong with you.
Where your answers go
Nowhere, unless you ask. The scoring runs in your browser — no cookie, no analytics, no record on a server. Answers are encoded in the link itself, so a result can be shared by sharing the URL. The PDF is assembled on your device too, and never uploaded. Only if you ask for the link by email do we keep your address and which result you were looking at: nothing else, and only then.
